What you will do
- Drive market share gains for Global Markets business across crypto-native firms, VCs, and hedge funds.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, solving needs through internal collaboration.
- Develop and implement sales methodologies and operational processes to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Lead specific campaigns or projects to enhance offerings, including market insights and curated content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, compliance, and client experience teams to close deals.
- Represent the firm as a brand ambassador at industry events and build high-value networks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales.
- 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, staking, and governance.
- Established network of institutional clients and industry peers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales acumen.
