Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration execution, from due diligence to post-merger stabilization.
• Serve as the primary contact for acquired teams to ensure seamless transition and organizational support.
• Design and refine integration playbooks and scalable frameworks to embed best practices across the organization.
• Track and report key performance indicators to leadership, including retention and operational readiness.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment and proactively resolve blockers as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or Program Management within high-growth tech companies.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple departments.
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects such as Quote to Cash (Q2C) or Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and drive alignment among senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills using first-principles thinking.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in a hybrid schedule out of the NYC office.
