What you will do

• Lead high-impact, multi-quarter programs that span multiple engineering teams and functional areas.
• Evaluate complex technical architectures and system designs to ensure initiatives are built on sound foundations.
• Facilitate difficult prioritization decisions and navigate technical trade-offs to balance long-term vision with immediate business goals.
• Establish org-wide processes and tooling to improve engineering effectiveness and project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders ranging from senior engineers to executive leadership to ensure organizational alignment.
• Proactively identify and address risks, providing course correction when projects are technically infeasible or misaligned.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management with a history of leading large, ambiguous cross-team initiatives.
• Strong software engineering foundation with the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers on technical implementation.
• Proven ability to operate with exceptional autonomy, defining both the problem and the solution.
• Experience driving adoption of new processes or changes across an entire organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (Python, Go, JavaScript) for prototyping.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other technical program managers or engineers.
