Salary: $162,000–$240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive the team’s operating rhythm, including intake, prioritization, and execution tracking.
• Maintain core documentation, pipeline views, and project status updates for top partners.
• Coordinate handoffs across engineering, delivery, operations, finance, security, and legal departments.
• Manage complex deal lifecycles, from capacity discussions through contract signature and operations delivery.
• Design and implement workflow controls and reporting infrastructure to enhance execution quality.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco.
• Strong experience in program management or operations within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to bridge internal and external partners, translating high-level strategy into actionable operating models.
• Proven capability in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, capacity planning, or similar technical programs.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining clear documentation and project tracking systems.
