What you will do
- Identify growth opportunities by building models to improve conversion across the Home Loans funnel.
- Own and evolve key rhythm-of-business reporting and lead deep-dive analyses to inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to define scope, KPIs, and execution plans for cross-functional initiatives.
- Synthesize customer insights and performance data into clear recommendations for business strategy.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, memos, and data summaries for business reviews.
- Respond to high-priority leadership inquiries with structured analyses and actionable trade-offs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech.
- Proven track record in high-growth, cross-functional environments.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to independently build complex models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to synthesize data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Experience owning end-to-end projects or programs from ideation through execution.
- Ability to navigate complex environments with structured thinking.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
- Background in mortgage, fintech, or sales operations.
