Salary: $120,700–$203,000 annually (location-dependent).

What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities by building models to improve conversion across the hirify.global Home Loans funnel.
• Own and evolve key rhythm-of-business reporting and lead deep-dive analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to define scope, KPIs, and execution plans for cross-functional initiatives.
• Synthesize customer insights and performance data into clear recommendations for business strategy.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, memos, and data summaries for business reviews.
• Respond to high-priority leadership inquiries with structured analyses and actionable trade-offs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech.
• Proven track record in high-growth, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to independently build complex models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to synthesize data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Experience owning end-to-end projects or programs from ideation through execution.
• Ability to navigate complex environments with structured thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Background in mortgage, fintech, or sales operations.
