Salary: $156,200–$190,800

What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide programs from initiation through completion.
• Guide iterative requirements gathering and partner with stakeholders to evolve solutions.
• Establish and evolve program governance frameworks to support transparency.
• Define, track, and measure program success against business outcomes.
• Oversee program budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide programs and technology initiatives.
• At least 2 years of experience driving process improvement across enterprise workflows.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional delivery in large-scale, multi-team environments.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
