What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large, multi-year enterprise platform programs from initiation through delivery.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including operating rhythms and risk escalation frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders across engineering, product, and security teams.
• Manage program financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and value realization tracking.
• Drive organizational change management to ensure successful platform adoption and embedding into workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management for large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong command of program management tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or Atlassian ecosystems.
• Program or portfolio management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe.
