Location: Remote-first, with a strong preference for candidates in North America (US/Canada); optional co-working spaces available in New York and Toronto.
Salary: USD/CAD $200,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Own the North America enterprise revenue target across exchanges, neobanks, and TradFi institutions.
- Close large, complex deals end-to-end with full accountability for high-value revenue opportunities.
- Mentor and coach a small high-performing team of Account Executives to ensure consistent goal attainment.
- Lead commercial conversations deep into custody architecture, key management, and validator economics.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline discipline for leadership visibility.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to drive regulated deals forward.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling financial products or infrastructure to banks, custodians, or exchanges.
- Proven track record of personally closing seven-figure ARR deals.
- Deep understanding of the crypto-native or TradFi ecosystem including custody and digital assets.
- Experience managing a small team of 2–4 people while carrying an individual quota.
- Strong network within the institutional crypto or financial sector.
- Comfortable navigating compliance and procurement processes in regulated institutions.
Nice to have
- Direct experience selling staking, custody, or validator infrastructure.
- Existing relationships with ETF issuers or bank digital asset teams.
- Familiarity with institutional blockchain network commercial models.
- Experience with full P&L accountability for a region or vertical.
