TL;DR

Account Executive (Web3): Managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle for a developer-focused blockchain infrastructure platform with an accent on enterprise relationship building, contract negotiation, and strategic account growth. Focus on educating potential customers about web3 infrastructure and scaling the adoption of onchain products.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to NYC or SF 3x a week.

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 OTE (uncapped commission + equity).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle including lead prospecting, contract negotiation, renewals, and client retention.
  • Engage with enterprise leads to identify needs and map them to technical product solutions.
  • Educate prospects on blockchain node infrastructure and troubleshoot high-level requirements.
  • Manage and report on sales pipelines and metrics using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Establish and refine sales processes to support rapid business growth.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the office in SF or NYC 3 days per week.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS to enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the crypto and blockchain industry.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and large-scale technology deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Strong communication and ability to articulate technical value propositions to C-level executives.
