What you will do
- Generate sales pipelines through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct baseline research to identify key contacts and relevant account information.
- Determine lead qualifications based on established organizational criteria.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and manage calendar scheduling across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve collective revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a pipeline generation or outbound sales role.
- Proven track record of working in early-stage or ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in B2B sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and creative outreach skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ownership and curiosity.
