TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting and lead qualification for a leading brand visibility platform with an accent on AI search and digital engagement tools. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the New York office (Hybrid, 3 days/week on-site)

Salary: $49,050–$90,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive customer engagement through outbound prospecting and follow-up on inbound qualified leads.
  • Research and identify potential prospects using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
  • Conduct initial opportunity qualification to assess business needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Build tailored messaging to educate prospects on hirify.global solutions and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, and Sales Engineers to advance the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of accounts and engagement within Salesforce and Outreach.io.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a sales or business development function.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to self-motivate and prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-focused approach with a desire to solve prospect problems.
  • Must be able to work on-site in the New York office at least three days per week.
