What you will do

• Oversee complex consulting engagements and provide direction to implementation teams to ensure the achievement of customers’ business outcomes.
• Contribute actively to the growth of commercial relationships as a pillar member of the account management team.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and shape future-focused data strategies.
• Manage the transition from strategic planning to the execution phase, ensuring clients have the resources to realize their vision.
• Develop market insights and big ideas that transform client business lines and industries.
• Partner closely with sales and technical leadership teams to ensure a unified approach to client challenges.

Requirements

• 15 to 20 years of experience operating as a high-level leader in a professional services or consulting environment.
• A background as a technologist first and a business person second, with a deep technical foundation in digital transformation.
• A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics); an MBA is considered a secondary asset.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders and navigate planning discussions.
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset capable of resolving complex issues quickly in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between Canada and the USA, to support client engagements at our major hubs (Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Boston).
