Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 USD (On-target earnings)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting through closing.
- Conduct online product demonstrations for qualified leads.
- Assess prospect needs and articulate the value of service management software.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitive landscapes and product updates.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (SaaS preferred).
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must be located in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
- Technical proficiency with CRM tools and email applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling software to SMBs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
