Location: Must be based in the Phoenix, Arizona area

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 USD (On-target earnings)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting through closing.
  • Conduct online product demonstrations for qualified leads.
  • Assess prospect needs and articulate the value of service management software.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive landscapes and product updates.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must be located in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM tools and email applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling software to SMBs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
