Location: Must reside in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area and be able to work from the office 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 (Base salary plus commissions).

What you will do
- Acquire net new clients and re-engage inactive accounts within the mid-market segment.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to match client needs with security-cleared personnel solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Maintain high productivity and data hygiene within Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Meet and exceed aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Stay current on competitive intelligence and refine talk tracks to handle common client objections.
Requirements
- Must reside in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area.
- Willingness to attend Company Events in the DC region.
- Recent experience building, selling, and managing an individual book of accounts.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on organization and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

- Experience selling into the Federal government space (agencies, military, defense).
- Previous experience in SaaS sales.
