Senior Channel Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading and expanding the strategic partner ecosystem across the UK & Ireland with an accent on driving sales growth through distributors, SIs, and VARs. What you will do
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key regional partners and distributors.
- Develop and execute partner-specific business plans to drive regional sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal sales and GSI teams to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Deliver value-based, customer-centric sales engagements using established methodologies.
- Build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects in coordination with global and regional SIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience working with regional VARs, SIs, and global systems integrators.
- Deep understanding of channel partner business models within enterprise IT infrastructure or security.
- Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including pricing and support.
- Strong background in hardware or software security, with preference for data protection and cryptography experience.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Confident presentation skills for audiences of various sizes.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Command of the Message methodology.
- Previous experience in high-growth cybersecurity or identity-focused environments.
