What you will do

• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key regional partners and distributors.
• Develop and execute partner-specific business plans to drive regional sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal sales and GSI teams to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Deliver value-based, customer-centric sales engagements using established methodologies.
• Build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects in coordination with global and regional SIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience working with regional VARs, SIs, and global systems integrators.
• Deep understanding of channel partner business models within enterprise IT infrastructure or security.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements, including pricing and support.
• Strong background in hardware or software security, with preference for data protection and cryptography experience.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Confident presentation skills for audiences of various sizes.

• Experience with the Command of the Message methodology.
• Previous experience in high-growth cybersecurity or identity-focused environments.
