What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners to meet revenue goals.
- Ensure partner compliance with channel programs and agreements.
- Lead joint planning processes to develop financial targets and milestones.
- Execute marketing activities and manage MDF budgets in coordination with marketing teams.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to fill market or geographic gaps.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive white space discussions and manage events.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English required.
- Proven track record of successful selling into channel accounts.
- Experience selling high-technology products.
- Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
