Location: Must be based in Brazil with unrestricted work authorization

What you will do

  • Aggressively prospect for new customers and convert leads into sales results.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain regional business development and project plans.
  • Identify innovative business opportunities by analyzing unmet customer needs and market trends.
  • Act as primary negotiator to present and close sales within assigned accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key market influencers, integrators, and strategic partners.
  • Communicate and present sales strategies and performance reviews to senior management.

Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization for Brazil.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in new business development sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales of complex systems or solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience negotiating with senior-level management.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (written and verbal) and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • Basic conversational English abilities required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily in the Latin American region.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Instant Financial Issuance or Digital Payment Solutions industries.
