What you will do

  • Oversee commercial activities and sales execution for key accounts and resellers in Brazil.
  • Drive sales training and coaching for partner sales representatives, including joint visits to support lead conversion.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales leads, from qualification to closing, for clinic solutions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market penetration of the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams to align on strategy and business performance.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events to promote solutions and engage with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required for international collaboration.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated success in key account management and working with distributors.
  • Strong business acumen with an analytical and data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately one week per month.
