Location: Remote (North America)
Salary: $185,000 — $215,000 USD

What you will do
- Own pipeline and forecast management for the North American Sales organization.
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning cycles, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
- Own administration and ongoing optimization of Clari, including forecast rollups, dashboards, workflows, and user adoption.
- Reinforce strong CRM hygiene and disciplined sales processes across the North American Sales team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders, helping them run their business more effectively through data and process.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with significant experience supporting a North American sales organization.
- Proven experience owning forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data models) and Clari administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable partnering with senior sales leadership.
- Bias toward action, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies preferred.
- Experience with DealHub (CPQ), ZoomInfo, and Outreach strongly preferred.
