Salary: $140,000 – $296,000 USD (based on location/experience).

What you will do
- Serve as the global forecast owner to drive methodology aligned with market needs.
- Manage regional operating activities to provide accurate insights for Sales and Finance leadership.
- Support Sales Leadership by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities in forecasting meetings.
- Lead regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing funnel trends and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, leveraging AI/ML insights.
- Maintain data accuracy in sales systems and support operational reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales operations experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools such as Sigma.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and executive presentations.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
- Willingness to attend in-person onboarding and keep cameras on during video interviews.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for Sales Insights.
- Experience with Claude Code.
