TL;DR

Sales Operations Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue scaling and forecasting methodology for AMER sales teams with an accent on data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Focus on building performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights for leadership, and optimizing sales funnels using Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid or Remote).

Salary: $140,000 – $296,000 USD (based on location/experience).

What you will do

  • Serve as the global forecast owner to drive methodology aligned with market needs.
  • Manage regional operating activities to provide accurate insights for Sales and Finance leadership.
  • Support Sales Leadership by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities in forecasting meetings.
  • Lead regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing funnel trends and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, leveraging AI/ML insights.
  • Maintain data accuracy in sales systems and support operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales operations experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools such as Sigma.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and executive presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to attend in-person onboarding and keep cameras on during video interviews.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for Sales Insights.
  • Experience with Claude Code.
