TL;DR

Director of Revenue Operations: Leading sales and GTM planning, translating company strategy into operationalized GTM plans with an accent on headcount and capacity planning, territory design, and quota setting. Focus on building and maintaining revenue and pipeline models, running scenario planning, and facilitating QBRs.

What you will do

  • Lead Sales and GTM planning, translating company strategy into operationalized GTM plans.
  • Own, administer, and continuously improve the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Own the weekly forecast process, pipeline hygiene, and CRM data integrity.
  • Operationalize the full PQL framework, defining scoring logic and automated outreach paths.
  • Build and run a Deal Desk function that structures enterprise contracts with speed and consistency.
  • Design, model, and administer sales compensation plans in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building RevOps infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise; hands-on proficiency across the modern GTM stack and familiarity with AI-native GTM tooling.
  • Strong analytical foundation, including SQL fluency and/or BI tool experience.
  • Experience operationalizing PLG: PQL scoring, product signal routing, self-serve to sales-assisted conversion.
  • Excellent communicator.

Nice to have

  • Background at a developer tooling, infrastructure, or cloud company with Engineering as the primary customer persona.
  • Experience supporting a usage-based or consumption pricing model.
