What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to meet annual revenue targets.
• Drive new business acquisition and strategic expansion within assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
• Identify customer use-cases to position hirify.global’s portfolio effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve the user experience.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Must be based in Beijing
• Proven experience in direct B2B sales and new business acquisition.
• Solid understanding of computer networking, Internet architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate technical value propositions effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently to visit customers and prospects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience selling to Banking/FSI or Logistics/Transportation verticals.
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
