TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Managing inbound leads and refining the sales approach for a SaaS startup in the fintech space with an accent on testing new sales pitches and channels. Focus on driving revenue growth, sharing insights with product teams, and engaging with global sales leaders.

Location: You’ll be able to work from home and can also work fully remote from anywhere in the world for 1 month each year.

What you will do

  • Take care of inbound leads, engage with them quickly, and close them accordingly.
  • Fine-tune the overall inbound sales approach by testing new sales pitches, channels, and strategies.
  • Share findings about leads and clients to adjust the marketing strategy and drive better quality leads in bigger volume.
  • Drive hirify.global’s revenue growth month after month.
  • Engage with global sales leaders to share challenges and learnings.
  • Share insights with the product team and play a key part in the next client acquisition product sprints.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in a sales, business development, or SDR role with a proven track record of crushing targets.
  • Experience in a SaaS Startup in Payments, Financial Services, or Fintech is mandatory.
  • Hungry for success with a can-do attitude.
  • Proactive with a positive approach to roll up sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded.
  • A networker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales CRM experience mandatory (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc...)
