What you will do
- Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations for C-level executives and security teams.
- Manage the technical sales cycle from initial qualification through to final client onboarding.
- Coordinate technical workshops and act as a key liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Configure and test proof-of-concept (POC) environments tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Handle complex RFx responses and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Provide tier 1-3 technical knowledge transfer to help customers succeed with the platform.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales or consulting within fintech, crypto, or cybersecurity.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong technical proficiency with Webhooks, REST APIs, and basic scripting.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, digital asset workflows, and financial services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to executive-level stakeholders.
