What you will do

• Define and implement foundational infrastructure best practices and architecture.
• Develop and own the engineering team's end-to-end DevOps processes.
• Ensure the security, performance, and monitoring of critical production financial systems.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical areas to support high-throughput trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems using Rust, C++, C, or Golang.
• 3+ years of experience working with Unix systems and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.
• Must be able to work onsite in the New York City office.
• High agency and a team-first attitude with a track record of handling complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Passion for decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Prior experience working with blockchain technology, preferably Solana.
• Background in quant trading or fintech environments.
