Location: Hybrid in San Francisco
Salary: $180K – $280K + Equity

What you will do
- Harden multi-tenant infrastructure security to support scaling for Fortune 500 customers.
- Develop automated security primitives, including agentic systems for penetration testing and auto-remediation.
- Manage the end-to-end compliance roadmap, utilizing tools like Drata to maintain SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, InfoSec, and GRC to implement developer-centric security guardrails.
- Serve as the primary security authority for Sales and GTM teams to provide confidence to enterprise prospects.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of engineering experience in modern cloud-native SaaS (AWS, Kubernetes, Postgres).
- Deep understanding of security in multi-tenant cloud environments for regulated enterprise customers.
- High proficiency in writing and reviewing code to ship fixes directly.
- Strong commitment to shift-left security and catching regressions during CI/CD.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Direct experience securing CI/CD pipelines.
- Professional background as a backend software engineer.
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and Drata.
- Familiarity with VoIP/telephony security and real-time system failure modes.
