What you will do

• Oversee daily cloud infrastructure operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Architect and implement cloud solutions for new and existing workloads.
• Manage cloud security policies, threat monitoring, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior cloud and DevOps engineers.
• Drive cultural change and continuous improvement through incident post-mortems and process automation.
• Integrate AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development workflows and infrastructure-as-code authoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role.
• Must be able to work in the Boston office 2 days per week.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and modern SDLC.
• Experience with DevOps automation tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in business-oriented language.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Finance or Insurance industry.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with prompt engineering for infrastructure and automation tasks.
