What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s personal AI agent experiences.
• Identify high-value traveler problems where an agent can save time and reduce effort.
• Evaluate new capabilities from model providers and translate them into clear product bets.
• Build prototypes to test usefulness, trust, and feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, ML, design, and platform teams to turn promising prototypes into scalable product experiences.
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams on where hirify.global should play in the AI space.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including work on AI/ML products or technically sophisticated products.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working at the boundary of product and engineering.
• Hands-on builder mindset, with the ability to use model APIs and code in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript to create prototypes.
• Proven track record of taking new product areas from opportunity to strategy, prototype, launch, and measurable impact.
• Strong judgment in trust-sensitive experiences, including transparency, control, privacy, and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building assistants, agents, copilots, or AI products that use tools to complete tasks.
• Familiarity with memory, tool calling, browser or computer use, voice, multimodal interaction, or agent orchestration.
• Experience working across consumer product, platform, and third-party ecosystems.
• Background in software engineering, ML, data science, or a similarly technical field.
• Experience in travel, commerce, marketplace, payments, or customer support products.
