What you will do

• Own every aspect of products from concept to go-to-market and post-launch iteration.
• Conduct deep user research to translate spoken and unspoken needs into clear product decisions.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and v0 to prototype concepts and stress-test ideas.
• Serve as the primary design voice, forming and advocating for strong UX opinions.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI/ML partners to craft products that solve real user problems.
• Prioritize ruthlessly by analyzing the costs and benefits of each choice.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building beloved consumer products or high-quality B2B software.
• Must be based in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii.
• Proven experience using AI coding and prototyping tools as a core part of your professional workflow.
• Strong UX instincts with the ability to provide crisp, actionable direction on interaction design.
• Technical proficiency sufficient to engage with engineers on architecture and product decisions.
• Ownership mentality with the ability to ship in undefined environments.
