Regional Sales Manager (Latam)

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the LATAM sales cycle.
• Execute individual and team sales plans to exceed quotas.
• Manage and ensure adherence to the hirify.global Sales Process methodology.
• Leverage alternate channels to build sales volume.
• Ensure a high level of customer renewal rates.
• Manage expenses within company guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in leading sales teams with an emphasis on coaching and development.
• Proven track record leading a remote team.
• Successful track record in selling hospitality management software.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills, the ability to establish rapport and credibility and clearly articulate a value proposition.
• Exceptional presentation skills; the ability to effectively and energetically present to customers, peers, and leadership.
• Ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM, Groove, SalesLoft, Zendesk and an ever-expanding list of productivity tools.
