TL;DR

Account Executive (Enterprise Sales): Driving account acquisition and cultivating relationships with stakeholders within target accounts to maximize sales into new accounts. Focus on identifying customer needs and configuring appropriate offerings from the portfolio to meet those needs.

Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; Cleveland, Ohio, USA; Columbus, Ohio, USA; Springfield, Illinois, USA. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $248,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships with stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and configure an appropriate offering from the portfolio to meet those needs.
  • Expand the sales pipeline by prospecting and developing relationships with C-level executives, influencers, and day-to-day users.
  • Use hirify.global’s sales process to close large-scale, multi-year consumption-based deals.
  • Partner closely with dedicated Solutions Consultant and Sales Development Representative to drive results.
  • Maintain knowledge of Observability solutions and the positioning of hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Field sales experience selling software to the F1000.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales.
  • High energy and well-developed business sense.
  • Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling.
  • Deep and creative sales hunter skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling Observability solutions.
  • Technical background.
