What you will do
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding game studios, publishers, and brands onto 's advertising platform.
- Consult strategically with partners to understand their marketing goals and translate them into actionable advertising strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campaign success, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to refine 's advertising solutions and contribute to product evolution.
- Champion 's advertising capabilities by representing the team in meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, client success, or account management within the advertising, ad tech, or digital media industries.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently.
- Proven experience in data analysis and the use of advertising or analytics platforms.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with gaming or entertainment brands.
- Familiarity with mobile advertising, attribution models, and user acquisition strategies.
- Understanding of ad tech tools and ecosystems, including SSPs, DSPs, and measurement platforms.
- Basic knowledge of creative optimization, audience targeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
- A passion for gaming, digital innovation, and performance-driven marketing.
