Salary: $245,500 – $300,000 base + quarterly bonuses and equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM systems and operational strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and operations specialists.
• Manage end-to-end forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue operations processes.
• Drive sales efficiency through robust data analysis and system optimization.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product teams.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to refine commercial planning and strategy.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in revenue operations or GTM strategy.
• Proven leadership experience managing operations and analytics teams.
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS metrics, sales processes, and analytical frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with CROs, CMOs, and CEOs.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Omni (BI), and MongoDB.
• Prior experience in the SaaS and AI industries.
