TL;DR
Account Director (AI): Defining and leading the overall account strategy for ’s AI infrastructure platform, ensuring customers derive maximum value and achieve agreed upon measurable outcomes with an accent on building and deepening relationships across a broad range of stakeholders. Focus on driving customer onboarding and lifecycle processes, and advocating internally for customer needs.
Location: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week
Salary: $345K – $500K

What you will do
- Define and lead the overall account strategy for ’s AI infrastructure platform.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Establish customer health metrics and create remediation plans where off track.
- Drive customer onboarding and lifecycle processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and executive engagements with strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or equivalent, ideally within cloud infrastructure or AI/ML-focused companies.
- Proven track-record driving customer retention and expansion at Enterprise scale.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, GPU/AI workloads, developer workflows or related fields.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and comfort operating in executive forums.
- Process-oriented, metrics-driven, with a mindset of continuous improvement and ability to scale operations.
- Strong leadership presence: able to build, influence, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Background in AI hardware, GPU clusters, HPC, or large-scale cloud infrastructure.
