Salary: $86,000–$101,000 (Zone 2)

• Build and maintain reports and models for short-term staffing plans.
• Partner with Operations, Forecasting, and vendor teams to improve productivity.
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, operations, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with data using SQL or similar tools.
• Experience with Python, R, or visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Ability to thrive in environments with evolving priorities.
• Must reside in or be able to relocate to Chicago, Denver, or Westlake with 3 days/week office attendance.
