What you will do

• Design and analyze experiments: Lead A/B testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior: Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to understand customer behavior related to subscription, payment, engagement, retention, and churn.
• Apply statistical and data science techniques: Use statistical methods and analytical modeling to evaluate product performance and understand customer behavior.
• Build self-serve reporting and dashboards: Create and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools.
• Translate data into insights: Synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or related role supporting large-scale digital products.
• Experimentation: Strong experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Exploratory analysis: Ability to conduct exploratory data analyses and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with data transformation and modeling is a plus. Extensive experience with a BI tool.
• Statistical analysis: Ability to perform statistical analyses and create visualizations using R or Python.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
