Location: Hybrid (must be based in or near Clayton, MO; Cary, NC; Coppell, TX; Tampa, FL; or Austin, TX)

Compensation: $57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD plus bonus

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable analytical requirements.
• Utilize Power Automate to streamline and optimize manual reporting workflows.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance trends, risks, and areas for process improvement.
• Support measurement of operational excellence KPIs, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven insights to improve forecasting and data analysis.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid schedule (2 days in office per week).
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Proven ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytical insights.
• Experience with process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Hands-on experience with AI analytics.
• Professional certifications in BI or analytics (Tableau, SQL, etc.).
