Location: Flexibility to work from home or in the office, depending on what works best for you. Must be based in the USA.
Salary: $195,840 - $256,000 + up to 25% variable component. Equity eligible.

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and scale the Sales Engineering team, setting the operating model, performance standards, and culture.
- Own ’s technical and value storytelling, ensuring team mastery of demos, workflows, integrations, and ROI frameworks.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to align on commercialization strategy and resource allocation.
- Provide senior oversight on complex enterprise deals, guiding the team through solution design and integration requirements.
- Drive a structured feedback loop with Product and Commercial Strategy to influence roadmap decisions.
- Own Sales Engineering staffing and long-range capacity planning to ensure predictable support for the Sales organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, consulting, enterprise software, or client-facing roles.
- Background in sales engineering, consulting, client services, or enterprise sales; strong technical and healthcare familiarity preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling narratives.
- Creative, resilient problem-solver who can anticipate risks and drive solutions independently.
- Self-starter with comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
