Salary: $218,000–$342,980

What you will do
- Scale and manage a multi-layered pre-sales organization, including Directors, Senior Directors, and Solutions Architects.
- Define and execute regional technical sales strategy in partnership with Sales leadership to drive enterprise growth.
- Establish governance frameworks and best-in-class methodologies to improve win rates and sales efficiency.
- Act as an executive technical advisor for strategic accounts and C-suite stakeholders.
- Align field feedback with product roadmaps to influence long-term company direction.
- Track and optimize KPIs including technical engagement effectiveness, pipeline influence, and deal velocity.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years in Sales Engineering/Pre-Sales with at least 7 years of leadership experience at the Director level or above.
- Proven experience leading large, geographically distributed teams in enterprise technology environments.
- Deep expertise in networking, cloud architectures, and cybersecurity (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
- Extensive experience with formal sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and executive presence suitable for board-level audiences.
