TL;DR

Head of GTM Content & Programs (LegalTech): Building and leading a new content function to translate product positioning into high-value GTM assets with an accent on pipeline generation, customer education, and sales enablement. Focus on designing original research, managing programmatic content calendars, and establishing hirify.global as the defining authority in legal AI.

Location: Must be based in New York City (On-site)

Salary: $212,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and lead a team of content strategists, writers, and program managers.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with PMM and GTM priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end content calendar, including white papers, ROI reports, and original industry research.
  • Partner with Sales and PMM to create high-impact sales enablement materials and customer success stories.
  • Own the webinar and virtual event program from topic selection to follow-up.
  • Measure content performance in collaboration with growth marketing to ensure pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site.
  • Proven experience in product marketing (PMM) with a deep understanding of buyer value and enterprise narratives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing content teams.
  • Strong editorial instinct with the ability to write, edit, and commission high-standard assets.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally with PMM, Sales, and Revenue Marketing teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building functions from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
