What you will do
- Partner with leaders on team effectiveness, performance management, and daily people operations.
- Translate business goals into actionable strategies for hiring, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Advise on employee relations matters and performance conversations with sound, practical judgment.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on headcount tracking and people data analysis.
- Drive talent initiatives, including onboarding, career development, and learning programs.
- Identify organizational trends and risks through data to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role within a fast-moving environment.
- Solid grounding in core HR areas including employee relations and performance management.
- Ability to provide business-aligned, practical guidance rather than policy-driven answers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Clear communication and excellent judgment when handling sensitive matters.
- Must be based in Palo Alto, CA or able to commute for hybrid work.
