Account Executive (Sales): Developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridging the gap to executives, and elevating hirify.global mindshare to a strategic position within a specific territory with an accent on sales of our Whole Product Experience (WPE), development of pipeline growth, and territory sales. Focus on growing existing accounts within in our EDU market and contributing to our high energy, collaborative and fun environment.

Location: Must be based in the Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI & Austin, TX metro areas.

Salary: $58,100 - $170,400 USD

What you will do

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory to bring net new customers into hirify.global or help grow our existing customers.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts while managing the entire sales-cycle from prospecting to closing the deal.
  • Work in partnership with Sales Engineers to provide product demos of our Management and Security products.
  • Build trusting relationships within the sales ecosystem including Channel Partners and Apple as well as maintain strong relationships with other internal stake holders at hirify.global.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis, while creating satisfied customers.
  • Use Salesforce.com to document and manage sales activities.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years experience in a sales role (required).
  • 2-4+ years software sales experience (preferred).
  • HS Diploma / GED Degree (Required).
  • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
