What you will do

• Lead global process transformation across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, and Indirect Sourcing.
• Identify automation opportunities, control enhancements, and workflow improvements.
• Build and standardize global process frameworks across different regions.
• Develop and implement automation solutions, including ERP improvements, workflow tools, RPA, and AI-enabled processes.
• Collaborate across global teams to facilitate workshops and align future-state processes.
• Track measurable impacts such as efficiency gains, cycle time reduction, and quality improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations (AR/AP/Payroll) with strong process improvement expertise.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes.
• Established expertise in applying automation technologies like RPA, workflow systems, ERP improvements, and AI-powered tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in building return on investment and value cases.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
