What you will do

• Execute end-to-end payroll operations for the US PEO environment ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Validate payroll inputs and calculations to maintain absolute data integrity across cycles.
• Manage complex payroll adjustments, exceptions, and reconciliations.
• Identify and implement improvements to payroll workflows and documentation.
• Support payroll system testing and the integration of new program rollouts.
• Guide other payroll specialists to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end US PEO payroll execution and statutory filings.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Expertise in payroll systems with an ability to learn new tools and leverage AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving exceptions and interpreting complex data.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hirify.global, asynchronous environment.
• Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
