What you will do
- Execute end-to-end payroll operations for the US PEO environment ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Validate payroll inputs and calculations to maintain absolute data integrity across cycles.
- Manage complex payroll adjustments, exceptions, and reconciliations.
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll workflows and documentation.
- Support payroll system testing and the integration of new program rollouts.
- Guide other payroll specialists to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end US PEO payroll execution and statutory filings.
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Expertise in payroll systems with an ability to learn new tools and leverage AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong analytical skills for resolving exceptions and interpreting complex data.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a , asynchronous environment.
- Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
