About the Role

You will manage the end-to-end global accounting close, coordinate with internal teams and offshore partners, and maintain robust internal controls. You will own and maintain AI and automation workstreams across corporate accounting, lead transformation initiatives and project milestones, identify manual bottlenecks and design AI-assisted solutions, and support audit coordination and documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Experience in corporate accounting operations and working with complex data sets
• Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite or SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflow
• Proven project management experience and ability to engage senior management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in or professional experience with the crypto industry is valued

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end global accounting close process
• Coordinate with internal teams and offshore managed services to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Finance Systems, Finance Operations and Technical Accounting to streamline work
• Build and maintain internal controls for automated workflows
• Maintain AI and automation workstreams for Investments, AP accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and leases
• Lead coordination for transformation initiatives and manage project milestones
• Identify manual bottlenecks and design AI-assisted solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks
• Monitor and propose refinements to AI use cases such as investment valuation and AP accrual estimations
• Support coordination of internal and external audits and prepare PBC requests
• Refine audit responses and process documentation and explain AI-enhanced workflows to auditors
