What you will do

• Execute end-to-end payroll operations for the US market ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate payroll inputs and outputs while managing exceptions and reconciliations.
• Drive the operational implementation of new payroll processes and system updates.
• Identify and implement improvements to payroll documentation and workflows using AI-assisted tools.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll execution.
• Support and guide other payroll specialists to maintain high quality of service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end US payroll execution, including filings and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• English: C1 or higher proficiency required for documentation and communication.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in payroll systems and automation workflows.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex deadlines independently.
