What you will do
- Execute end-to-end payroll operations for the US market ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs while managing exceptions and reconciliations.
- Drive the operational implementation of new payroll processes and system updates.
- Identify and implement improvements to payroll documentation and workflows using AI-assisted tools.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll execution.
- Support and guide other payroll specialists to maintain high quality of service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end US payroll execution, including filings and reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Must be based in the United States.
- English: C1 or higher proficiency required for documentation and communication.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in payroll systems and automation workflows.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex deadlines independently.
