What you will do
- Define and drive the long-term vision for Sales Enablement at .
- Coordinate the team roadmap and ensure stellar delivery.
- Engage with sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs across sales skills, insurance expertise, and product mastery.
- Build training assets by coordinating with internal experts and leadership.
- Ensure proper change management as the organization scales.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a Sales Leadership function.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling enablement functions or training programs in high-growth environments.
- Experience in Sales and/or Learning & Development is a must.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic vision and operational excellence.
