What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with global creator agencies, talent managers, and intermediaries based in Dubai.
• Own outbound business development with agency leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Convert agency relationships into strategic partnerships that onboard creators onto hirify.global.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of agency-led opportunities in the CRM.
• Represent hirify.global professionally in Dubai’s business ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships in tech, creator economy, digital media, or talent management.
• Comfortable selling to agencies, founders, executives, and senior decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-builder with credibility and presence in senior conversations.
• Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships within creator agencies, talent management firms, or entertainment businesses.
• Experience working in global or distributed markets.
• Exposure to creator platforms, subscription businesses, or B2B SaaS.
