What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account growth plans to exceed regional revenue goals.
- Build and nurture deep relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in hospital systems.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams to ensure product-market fit and effective support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales or account management within healthcare or SaaS sectors.
- Strong track record of closing complex, high-stakes deals with hospital systems or C-suite buyers.
- Proven experience in data-driven decision-making, including sales analytics and pipeline forecasting.
- Demonstrated history of leading and motivating professional teams.
- High adaptability to a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or MD/DO).
- Existing network of contacts within hospital networks and healthcare systems.
- Experience with hospital-specific technology solutions, particularly EMR integration.
