What you will do
- Deliver 10–20 high-impact clinical product demos monthly, tailored to specific medical specialties and buyer personas.
- Partner with Account Executives to influence sales strategy, competitive positioning, and account navigation.
- Serve as the primary clinical subject matter expert to translate documentation and workflow needs into clear value propositions.
- Lead VIP pilot trials, managing clinician onboarding, training, and feedback loops to drive product adoption.
- Synthesize real-world clinical intelligence from the field to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap decisions.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare leaders and clinician champions.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in clinical practice, clinical consulting, clinical informatics, or pre-sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex clinical or technical concepts to executives and clinicians.
- Proven track record of influencing sales cycles through product demonstrations, pilot programs, or clinical validations.
- Experience collaborating across sales, product, and marketing teams to shape GTM strategy.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with high-level stakeholders.
